Cláudia Lima, Pedagogical Coordinator She has a post-graduate degree in People Management from Porto Business School (UP) and training in social innovation from the Catholic University of Lisbon. She has a PhD in Education and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Vigo. For over 19 years he has been involved in human resources consultancy and training in the business sector and the social economy, working with various training bodies and business associations. She is a university lecturer at ISEP – Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, of the Porto Polytechnic.
